Grilling

I've recently assembled my first grill and I am off to a great start (IMO).

I cooked chicken drummies today, I made a so-so Dr. Pepper chicken, the skin is quite interesting. However my favorite chicken I've made so far is;

Sriracha Agave Chicken:

1/4 Cup Agave Nectar
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Sriracha Sauce
2 Cloves of garlic
A bunch of pickled ginger.

Marinade for >12hrs

Grill until done, enjoy.

Overall, a very sweet and spicy chicken that I'm guessing is hard to beat.

  1. drool... you're making me hungry. I think you should formulate some sort of Sriracha-barbecue sauce that you can brush on the drummies when they're almost done. But then, when do you listen to MY advice when it comes to grilling? Mmmmmmmm
